I loved the size of the apartment & how the bedroom was decorated & wood throughout. Also liked how you got a lot of space & didn't feel crammed also liked how quite it was but still close to everything ! We enjoyed the coffee shop that was recommended & very close by. Also appreciated the early check in after being on a long flight & walking about 17-20 mins from the train station , we were so happy to be able to start our day and shower ! Thank you
Wish the shower was set up better, water would continuously come out due to the set up which made it slippery, and getting more towels or change them out was difficult & would be charged. We were there for 3 nights & 4 days so it would be nice to offer to change out towels. Also cleaning products used were strong & unpleasant

Good communication on check in via whats app
Can hear some pedestrian street noise, but it quieted down at night. Shower is open concept so water gets all over the floor in the bathroom when you shower.

They were completely inflexible. I had to delay my check-in (to 10pm) due to an issue I had in the previous city, and they charged me a €50 fee for “late check in”. At check-out (10:00am), I wasn’t allowed to leave my luggage anywhere. I didn’t want to stay longer — I just needed to leave my bags in the hall and pick them up before my train, which was leaving shortly after. As a result, I had to pay for a locker at the station (another €30).
In the end, the cost-benefit just isn’t worth it.
