Nice place a lt of cafes on door steps
No cars can drive around the area so you have to carry your bags few hundred meters

The location is fantastic - the heart of the historic area. The people managing the appartment responded to our messages immediately but nothing got fixed whilst we stayed there.
The Google maps link was incorrect in the PDF we received so it took a while to realise this and find the property using the correct address. There was only one aircon unit in the shared living/sleeping space, which wasn't good enough for an attic appartment. There was another unit in the separate bedroon but only one of the remote controls worked; it would have been more convenient to have one working control for each unit. The dining chairs were plastic and three of the four chairs had long cracks through the seat so we had to sit on towels to avoid being nipped. We were also worried they could completely break in two whenever we sat down.

Apartamento súper completo y muy amplio. En pleno casco viejo. Muy recomendable.
Las sillas de la mesa estaban rajadas y nos daba cosa sentarnos.
La nevera no tiene congelador.
A la playa de la Malagueta hay que ir en bus 5 min y nos decepcionó. Arena dura de piedras y agua helada. Si buscas playa no es la mejor opción.

Ventana de dormitorio principal rota. Las del salón y dormitorio de 2 camas estaban bloqueadas, así que resultaba imposible ventilar ni prescindir del aire acondicionado en todo momento. Escasísimo papel higiénico. Ninguna servilleta.
