Beautiful villetta, incredible views, spacious and unusual terraced garden with a barbecue and utensils. Kitchenette area small but adequate, there even is a washing machine and proper oven. Terrace with amazing views of the lake Como. There is a trail outside the house, leading to a picturesque mountain village and even further.
Garden furniture somewhat fatigued, and the house is not as pristine as in the pictures; although there is a washing machine, the drying rack is broken. The garden is overgrown, though beautiful and very peaceful. The worst thing about the place is the drive from Cernobbio, the road very narrow and steep, full of hairpin bends. In many places there is not enough space for two cars to pass, and parking space is right after the bend, on the grass, opposite the house.

There were a lot of bugs and insects inside the rooms near the windows, which my wife was scared of. It's not a problem for me, but just something to bear in mind.

Beautiful location and views. Nicely decorated. Adequate size for 4 people. Close to the town of Como, Lugano.
The house is located about a 15 minute drive up a road with hairpin turns. As long as you drive slow its very doable. You should rent a car if you stay here. Ubers are non-existent and cabs are rare. Without a car plan to spend a lot if time at this property.
