Die Lage, die Ausstattung. Matratzen waren auch sehr bequem

Gute Lage, ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Strand, ins Zentrum und zum Hafen. Toller Kontakt zum Vermieter. Vorab erhielten wir eine detaillierte Beschreibung zur Anreise, Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort und zur App.-Ausstattung. Rückfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Recht neue Ausstattung inkl. der Küche. Große Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Backofen, Mikro, Geschirrspüler und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Praktisch war auch die große Dusche.
Balkone der benachbarten Mieter nur über eine dünne Glas- oder Metallwand getrennt, so dass die tw. sehr lautstarken Gäste kaum abendliche Ruhe zuließen. Leider wurde dort auch geraucht, so dass wir in diesen Zeiten nicht draußen sitzen/essen konnten. Das bereitgestellte Besteck war auf ein Minimum beschränkt, so dass täglich abgewaschen werden musste bei 4 Pers.

Eduardo es un anfitrión extraordinario. Encontramos el alojamiento impecable, con todo súper limpio y ordenado. Además, tuvo el precioso detalle de dejarnos una cesta con fruta y vino de bienvenida, algo que agradecemos enormemente. También fue súper flexible y comprensivo, permitiéndonos adaptar las horas de entrada y salida de forma distinta a las que establecía la aplicación. Nos ha encantado la experiencia y estamos deseando volver. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

El apartamento super ordenado, limpio y la ubicación perfecta para pasar unos días por el centro de tarifa, tiene aparcamiento, una plaza garaje y también en la calle había sitio libre. Nos dejaron una botella de vino, fruta y tiene todo lo necesario.
