A fuir absolument !!!
Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement à Béziers du 1er au 8 août 2025, et ce fut une expérience désastreuse du début à la fin.
Le logement ne correspond en rien à l’annonce : murs troués, peinture qui se décolle, vitre cassée donnant directement sur la douche (gros vis-à-vis, aucune intimité), moisissure importante dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, et saleté généralisée (cheveux, peaux d’orange, toiles d’araignée, vaisselle sale avec des restes de nourriture des anciens locataires…).
Le plus choquant : nous avons retrouvé une araignée vivante avec sa toile sur un oreiller, preuve que le logement n’avait pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps.
Certaines ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas, et les deux hottes étaient hors service, ce qui explique sans doute la moisissure persistante dans tout l’appartement.
De plus, un escalier fissuré représentait un risque réel d’accident, et nous avons constaté la présence de souris dans le logement.
Ironie du sort, l’accès nous a été refusé avant 17h au motif que le ménage devait être fait… mais quel ménage ? L’état du lieu était insalubre, dangereux et totalement indigne d’une location.
Nous avons demandé un remboursement intégral, preuves photographiques à l’appui, mais le propriétaire malhonnête a annulé la réservation après notre départ pour rendre notre réclamation irrecevable.
C’est une honte qu’un tel logement soit encore proposé sur Booking.
