It was quirky

Beautiful, cozy, quiet place in the countryside. Friendly owners, clean and comfortable
Felt a bit overpriced because the kitchenette area and dinner table (to play games or the like) were actually in a shared space and in our case, although we had friendly neighbors, they occupied the room every night and cooked there so we could not use it (didn’t want to, felt awkward, not private)
It’s very remote so you need a car and drive quite far to get to a restaurant or bar. Walking around is not recommendable!
The breakfast was lovely and they offered everything, actually, too much! Each table had so many leftovers. We were wondering what they would do with it. There are better ways to manage that. Plus, the cheese was placed directly next to the meat stuff or on top of it so for me,as a vegetarian, I could not eat it. (I know it’s picky but I’m sure I’m not the only one)

I liked that it was a little bit different, and out of town.
That some rooms have been refurbished and others have not. Our room was extremely hot and the beds were very uncomfortable. Lighting did not work in the bathroom and the shower was leaking water everywhere.
