Love the easy walk to lake (swimming area), town, restaurants, stores, etc. We loved Gravedona, we think it’s the nicest town on the lake, full of Como charm, yet not as touristy as other towns.
Manu, the landlady, was wonderful! Welcoming, nice and provided great advice about the area.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Highlight ist der große, überdachte Balkon mit super Blick auf den See und die Berge. Die Lage ist toll, in 2 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am See und bei den Restaurants. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt am Haus.
Manu ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die auch Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

All the reviews regarding Emanuela bring friendly and available to answer guest questions is spot on!! I emailed her for dinner recommendations and she told me she would call a restaurant within 5min walking from the apartment. The restaurant did not answer so she walked to the restaurant herself to make the reservation!! she also gave me coffee because I forgot to bring coffee!
I think her B&B is the cleanest B&B I have ever stayed in. The Terrace view is amazing. The location is great! Our car was to big for the designated parking spot so she rode in our car with my husband to the public parking lot (Free) which was less than a 5minute walk from the house (big parking spots).

Spacious apartment with big veranda and views of the lake and town. Good location within walking distance of the town and beach as well. The host was very friendly and helpful.
