Location, Clean, Modern, AC, comfortable beds perfect for family of 4
There is no physical person to get help. Initially it was a little hard to find. They should have a picture of the beautiful garden at check in because being from America all buildings looks the same from the front

Location and access in historical context, view to public garden with surrounding hills and river, calm and comfortable.
Kitchenette is a bit too restricted. Could use an upgrade in space and ustensiles specially for groups.

The room was satisfactory for our one night stay and air conditioner worked well.
I did not like that we felt misinformed about where to check our luggage prior to checking in, resulting in having to walk with our luggage back up massive hills (after the taxi dropped us off) to the (other) Toledo hotel and then leaving everything literally stacked next to the check-in desk (not secured behind the desk or in another room...just outside desk area next to the steps walking into the hotel. Communication wasn't great. Also there was a very strong sewer smell coming from outside that infiltrated our bedroom and made it exceptionally unpleasant. Finally, the shower was terrible... cold with short bursts of warm water but mostly cold. Not good. Would not stay here again.
