Great location in the centre of Baden Baden. Around the corner from Friedrichsbad spa which was ideal. If you’re coming on Motorcycles there is MC bays just up the road so moving luggage was easier.
While the property can’t fix the stuffy hot rooms without AC, it would have been nice for the fan provided to actually stay in position when on. I had to have to propped up with items just to get air while I slept.

Its location.
The pull-out couch for the 3rd person (our daughter) was broken in several places and dangerous as a metal bar was standing out and sharp. Also the sliding door for the shower was also broken.
