We stayed 3 nights and had a great stay.
The hostess was friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was exceptional and with such a lovely view. The balcony of the room.also had a wonderful view and was a peaceful place to hang out when not in town.
I appreciated the decor, tastefully done with a little bit of tradition.
It is further out of town, but the walk is easy enough (cut through the castle via the tunnel so its about 20mins) but not ideal if youre not able to walk a decent distance as there is some incline.. Being in the old town but not in the hub meant it was quiet at night and youre really in a pretty neighbourhood rather than a tourist trap.
Parking was included and easy. The aircon was.quiet and there was a mini fridge to keep our drinks chilled.
All of this means the value for money was outstanding.

- it’s a 20min walk (a bit hilly) to the castle and Center
- it’s a bit challenging to get up the hill to the guesthouse with a small rental car (we had a fiat punto)

Could even see the castle from our room which was cool
A 20 minute hike to get to the old town but manageable and worth it for the accommodation.

The view from the room/balcony was simply amazing! The owners were lovely, they brought tea the second evening when they heard my daughter coughing. Breakfast was fantastic, way more food than we could eat. Coffee with breakfast would be nice but the tea was lovely.
A small fridge and kettle in the room would be a great addition. But there was nothing we didn't like.
