It was our first time in this hotel for me and my husband.. this hotel was beyond my expectations..first of all I want to thank Mina , Ahmed and Ahmed at the reception they are very polite and decent they answered all our questions with a good smile on their faces.. thank you very much... second I want to thank the talented chef Mr.Mohamed Rashad many many thanks you are the most professional chef I have ever met.. the food was very delicious.. thank you Mr.Mohamed and Mr.Hazem ..I want to mention that the hotel is very clean so many thanks ...i want to thank all the staff because they are working under stress but they are always smiling..in the end thank you Jaz Neo sharks bay for this amazing holiday

Overall, a very nice experience. The hotel is not far from the airport, which was very convenient. Abeer’s customer service was exceptional
she was very helpful and friendly. The food was also very tasty. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
