Good location, excellent security, very quiet place.
Kitchen and stuffs all work well.
The shower room is too small, and no handle to close the bathroom door from inside.
Sofabed (and the duvet) a little bit smelly.

Host provided clear instructions for check in and was responsive, I was allowed to check in at 12:00, as there were no guests the day before, for which I was definitely grateful. Location is excellent, right in the city center, but windows are to a quiet inner yard. Facilities were as advertised, everything worked. Although other comments suggested sofa might be problematic, I found it ok. Although on the very first day my back hurt, and I was concerned it might get worse, but there were no further problems afterwards. Good price.
Room was a bit smaller than expected. Soundproofing is basically nonexistent - you can hear every sound coming from the corridor. It woke me up a few times late in the evening as I was going to bed early. Windows are straight to the parking - photo added for illustration. I kept shutters halfway down because of that. Cleanliness was really bad. Check out the photos - air duct in the shower was covered in shocking amount of dust. Shelf's were also dusty - as can be seen in photos. Some places in apartment looked rather improvised and just run down (photos of radiator and door hinges). The only reason I am giving 7 is because of price. If it would have been higher, score would definitely be worse, because cleanliness situation was really bad in some places. Overall mixed bag.

Decent considering the price. All the facilities worked and there was a fan as well. It was right in the city centre so easy walk to other parts of town
Sheets seemed they could do with changing to newer ones. It was clean but old. Same with towels.
A bit dusty the TV area as well.

The hosts were very accommodating as my flight was delayed by 2 hours so it was nearly 1am when I arrived into town and they had to stay up and let me in through the communal door, the lock box is exactly as described right next to the door to the flat.
The coffee machine is decent and the location is awesome, right in the centre of town and the flat is at the back of the building so you don't get any noise from the high street.
A good rainfall shower.
The curtains are net and so there is no way to block out the light and the street lights are close to the ground floor window, it was like broad daylight the whole night in the flat, bring an eye mask if you want to sleep.
The fold out sofa bed is very uncomfortable, this one has a metal bar under the thin mattress that digs into your hip or back depending on how you sleep, the bar runs halfway through the bed so there is no avoiding it, I was on my own so was able to curl up a bit and sleep diagonally but if you were a couple it would be a struggle.
There is a loose floor board that is quite sharp in the middle of the flat and I stubbed my toe on it.
There wasn't a guide in the studio with things like the WiFi code, I am still not sure if there was any WiFi or not, admittedly I didn't bother asking the hosts as it was just a three day trip and I didn't really need it.
