Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten eine Autopanne. Wir mussten das Auto einen Tag stehen lassen obwohl wir abgereist waren. Das war kein Problem, über die Abholung wurden wir per SMS informiert. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür.
Die Lage unterhalb des Tollensteins ist erstklassig.

The place is perfect and very very clean.
There is an amazing and huge shared kitchen with all the things and utensils you might need. There is a huge fridge, where to store your food, a microwave, a kettle and a cooker with oven, in case you want to cook.
They have a great attention to details, as there were soap for the dishes and for the hands, a clean cloth to dry the kitchen area after washing and a clean cloth for the hands. This might be something normal, but many places that offer a kitchen do not have such items.
They warmed up the kitchen and the room for us before we arrived.
We could park the car right in front of the door.
Comfy beds with super comfy pillows. Everything you need is present in the room: wardrobe, hangers for clothes, clean towels, clean bedsheets, a shoe rack. The bathoom is also clean and nice, with hangers, clean shower curtain and a huge mirror.
We are very satisfied and hope to be back.
The tiny smell of humidity when we entered the room, which got away with the radiator being on.
Also the ventilator in the bathroom can be a bit noisy and running for too long at times and since it starts on a sensor, it was hard to move around without having it running. But I get it also helps to remove the humidity.

The facilities were absolutely fantastic. Very practical rooms with all you need, amazing shared kitchen and dining area, everything super clean. Very nice staff!
