Jorge was really helpful and communicative. Location was really good, next to the train station and in the center.
We stayed there for 7 nights and overall there were some points that we were not comfortable. From the second day (directly in the morning) we woke up with very loud construction sounds directly from the walls. This sound continued everyday, every morning except weekends. We understand that there was nothing that Jorge could have done but still, it could have been mentioned. They were literally breaking the walls. This apartment was our second one as we had a small cockroach issue, therefore we didn’t want to change the apartment again.
Coming to the cockroach topic, the flat was overall medium clean. It can be for sure improved. The fridge was not fully clean, therefore were also some stains in the shower as you can see in the pictures. Few days after we saw a cockroach in this flat even though we didn’t open any windows. Some utilities of the flat could be also improved - the balcony door was opening pretty difficult and it was difficult to shower in the bathroom as the water was coming easily out.

Spacious, nicely decorated studio in a great area of Torremolinos, with a lovely large balcony. The host was very friendly, responsive and genuinely seemed keen to help. Overall, we had a good stay.
The cleanliness could be improved, particularly the surfaces and bed sheets. The sheets had a few visible stains that seemed like they simply hadn’t come out properly in the wash. While they may have been clean, it did affect the overall impression.
Both toasters and the dishwasher were not working properly. The kettle also had quite a lot of limescale inside and could use a good clean or replacement.
