Great town, very nicely done apartment, Mario the host was very helpful
When traveling, especially internationally, the guest usually has reduced access to phone, social media and email. The guest also may be traveling in the 24 hours before arrival, and have further difficulty in the digital world. It would be very helpful if the logistics of the trip (passport information, access details, etc) could be provided a week or so in advance. This would relieve the need for information exchange the day of arrival. We have several short-term, vacation rental properties. We send a one-time instruction/entry code/etc. email, one week prior to all guest arrivals. We have had zero problems with guest questions/confusion upon arrival, in 15 years of doing this. I appreciate Mario's willingness to come to the property to let us in, but feel that we both could have been inconvenienced less if the information was given to us well prior to arrival. That way, if there are any communication problems and/or questions about entry, those can be discussed before the guest is at the property. Our stay was very pleasant after the initial hour and a half to gain entry.

Apartment was in a good location on the edge of the old town. Was clean and comfortable and a good price. Quite quiet too.
Balcony didnt have any seating on it and faced a car park across the road and canal so couldnt really use it!. The main building was quite tired looking but the apartment was fine.
You got what you paid for but would use again for a night or so.

The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location right in the city center, which made it easy to get around. The price was also very good for the area.
the Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable and kept disconnecting, which made it difficult to use. The two TVs also couldn’t connect to the internet properly and would switch off every 10 minutes, so they weren’t really functional during the stay. In addition, only a small amount of toilet paper and kitchen paper was provided, which was not enough for the duration.
