The junior suite is amazing so spacious for the price private bath and overall so comfy free netflix was a bonus, The hotel itself is literally central so close to everything the botani mall is in walking distance overlal amazing hotel
The Aircon in the suite was not powerful enough to cool the whole room due to being a massive room, the breakfast was pretty mid didnt have a lot of variety and it was besically the same thing everyday only one selection of protein so if u have breakfast on a day they serve fish and you dont like fish tough luck thats all u get

Big pool big lounge area. Delicious food. Friendly staff. Fast service.
Room wasn't soundproof that children played and screaming at each other with high pitch voice at 7.30am around the pool could be heard from our room at level 4. We complained and staff attended but it happened 2nd morning and no staff care about it. They should open the pool after 9am so guests can sleep in.

The maintenance of the rooms is bad, the fridge was dirty and needs to be replaced
And the toilet often clogged the carpet needs to be cleaned with vacuuming
