Location, both for the town and the Barolo-Langhe area. Apartment comfort and space and modern facilities. Comfy bed and modern bathroom. Quiet neighborhood when we were there in October. Easy free parking on the Place Colbert. Wifi connection, elevator, digital code access. Everything was great. We hope to return! Host Daniela always quick to reply to our questions as well. Thank you!.
Nothing to comment. We didn't need air conditioning nor heating at this mid season, so can't comment.

Loved it, so spacious and great location and very clean.
Only this is the aircon doesn’t work very well, I don’t think it’s powerful enough for the big space.

Wow! An amazing place to stay. We booked for us and our friends and they were blown away. Showers great, beds comfortable. We were very concerned when we first got there. We were over a restaurant that was playing loud music that was opened until 23:30. And there was a folk music festival that was VERY LOUD. But we closed the windows and it was quiet. We would definitely book here again.
