L'arrivée était surprenante. Pas de lumières. Pas de voitures dans le parc. Nous étions seuls. C'était un peu déstabilisant. Mais tout était très bien organisé. Des codes pour entrer dans la maison et la chambre. Petit déjeuner très bien. Lieu et chambre magnifique pour un prix très correct.
Sentiment d'être seuls au monde !

It is a remarkably quiet and peaceful place, surprisingly located close to a busy road. But once you pass through the gates, it feels like entering a completely different world.
We stayed for just one night, but it was truly an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna, and the manor itself has a beautiful garden with fruit trees and even a magnificent cedar tree.
One of the things that made this place particularly special was the feeling of having the property almost entirely to ourselves. You don't really see any staff around, which creates a very unique atmosphere. For us, this added to the charm and made the experience even more special. Whenever we had any questions, someone was always available and responsive via WhatsApp.
Some guests might find it unusual to stay in such a large place without seeing any staff around. For us, this was part of its charm, but it's worth being aware of.

De locatie was prachtig. Veel bomen en rustig.
Geen mens die je kan aanspreken, dat is gewoon vreselijk voor een B&B. Als er iets niet functioneert dan kan je het niet oplossen. Zo konden wij onze kamerdeur niet sluiten. Ik wist ook niet hoe je de afdekking van het zwembad kon opendoen. Je kan dan wel een bericht sturen maar dan moet je elkaar wel begrijpen...
De eerste morgen was het water in de koffiemachine op na 2 tassen, wij konden niet bijvullen. Je moet al zeggen wat je wil eten voor ontbijt voor 5u de dag ervoor.
Op de kamer kon je de valies nergens opleggen, enkel op de grond en dat is zeer lastig voor oudere mensen.
Ook was er maar & stoel en een zeer klein bureautje dat al vol stond...
Ook wat haakjes om iets op te hangen zijn welkom. Niet veel plaats tussen bed en muur.
