Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas compris. Par contre la situation en pleine ville nous a permis de participer à la vie locale.
Le système de douche 'pluie' n'est pas très pratique pour enlever le sable. Un pommeau de douche traditionnel aurait été plus adéquat. A revoir le syphon du lavabo, ce dernier amenant de mauvaises odeurs.

Ogni tanto si sente un leggero odore di scarico dal bagno che però non è eccessivamente disturbante e viene camuffato dal deodorante spruzzato ogni mattina dallo staff

Newly furnished and clean rooms, however there was still something missing… our room and common kitchen were not cozy enough.
1) Breakfast was very very poor and absolutely overrated. We were given with the voucher to the Bar Napoleone. The bar served only the coffee and croissant, nothing else… so we were still starving! It is better to book a room without breakfast and go eat to the PIADA FACTORY near to the hotel.
2) Hotel is very good located, so you should be also aware of the BIG noise from the street.
3) NO elevator. Please see the picture with stairs in the hall ;-)
