This was a cute small hotel with a lovely breakfast and helpful staff. The room was clean and they tidied up every day. I loved that we had an ocean view and were walking distance to the busy part of town but away from it too for nice quite evenings. I would stay at the hotel again and would recommend as well.
It would have been nice to have a kettle and/or coffee in the room as well as a hair dryer automatically provided. I do want to mention hair dryers are available for use.

Great location, cute authentic building. Includes breakfast.
Old and outdated facilities in room.
Thought we had booked an apartment with a kitchenette to break up 6 weeks of travel. The kitchenette had an out of order sign.
Shower head had no hook which we fixed ourselves.
Power short cut on us on multiple occasions when putting the key into the power.
Bathroom light flickered and needs replacing.
