Good location, close to buses. Clean. Kitchen stocked with all equipment for cooking and eating.
Coin operated AC with no warning to bring coins. No outlet near a mirror for hair dryer. Some neighbors or other guests were very noisy. Sheer curtains in bedroom let in too much light. Very loud, squeaky mattress keeps 2 people awake every time one turns.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this property to others. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the seaside promenade. Despite being close to the attractions, the area was pleasantly quiet, which helped us relax and enjoy our vacation.
The building is new, modern, and well maintained. One thing worth mentioning is that Google Maps still shows an older building at this address, which may be confusing for future guests. For this reason, I am attaching a photo of the current building to help other travelers identify the property more easily.
We would also like to highlight the excellent communication with the owner, Chris. He was very responsive, helpful, and easy to contact. Thank you, Chris, for making us feel welcome and for ensuring everything went smoothly.
The accommodation offered great value for money, and overall everything met our expectations.
The only small suggestion for improvement would be to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom.

The apartment is located near everything, bus stops, restaurants, bars and a few steps from the sea shore and promenade. It's very cozy, quiet and recently renovated. Highly recommended.
A section in the backyard still under maintenance works but it didn't effect our stay

The location was very nice and few steps from the sea. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and good communication with the host.
There are still some maintenance work taking place due to refurbishing however it did not effect our stay.
