Very friendly host and good location in the historical center

The apartment looks like a renovated cellar - smells terrible, especially the bathroom. Apartment is not very good equipped: shower curtain is missing, kitchen misses many basic tools (e.g. spoons) and we didn’t manage to have the kitchen work. People living upstairs were pretty loud when they came home late evening (entrance is in common). Price was cheap for Maratea but I’d not stay here again.
