My parents and I stayed at the Cabyn for two weeks and our stay was made to feel extra special mainly thanks to the exceptional staff - from the Kitchen to reception to management. They were very helpful and courteous in every way. Thank you very much for the service provided.
We stayed in the family suite which served our purposes brilliantly and I would say is good value for money.
The food was very nice indeed. Well cooked and served plentifully. My only issue is stated below.
The location of this hotel whilst being outside of the main City Centre will be a delight for anyone looking to stay away from the busier chaos of the metropolitan area. It really isn't that far should one need to head in that direction and there are transport options to get you there. And of course the exceptional staff will be able to guide you on the best way to travel - although I would suggest yango or uber as apposed to the buses! You'll see for yourself why😆
Overall a very nice place to stay regardless.
I personally only have one "dislike". Everything else are just suggestions/advice that I think other guests should be aware of. For us, after a two week stay, the complimentary breakfast became 'routine' particularly as the choice is limited. It is also very important that the hotel do not mislead guests with the photos they use as there were certain items that did not come with a breakfast and on top of this when we asked for bacon ( as shown in their photographs) we were charged an extortionate amount for it. And although the food was made exceptionally well, I feel that pepper was used A LOT in the main meals, particularly the traditional dishes. There should be a way to minimize this for different guest palates.
It is also important for guests with mobility issues to bear in mind the lack of a lift. It would be prudent to request a ground floor room where possible.
I had no hot water in my bathroom and as warm as the temperature can be in Ghana, this does not mean everybody is happy to shower with cold water.
I used the bathroom in my parents room which was not ideal.

The breakfast was good however more variety will be appreciated. eg. Yogurt with fruit
I didn’t like that water bottle was not provided in the room everyday. I booked from the 1-8 June 2026. Also I didn’t like how the staff handled payment when checking in. It felt rude. Just remember that guests have traveled for more than 10hours and probably feel tired.

(1) Jennifer & Esther at the reception
(2) The cook in the kitchen and the food.
(3) The room’s cleanliness and air-conditioning.
(4) The small swimming pool.
(1) There’s no Netflix or Prime Video (just the bootleg movie app Onstream.
(2) Breakfast choices: there are only two (English and vegetarian), and none includes any freshly cut fruit or ready-made fruit juice.
(3) Location - the hotel is FAR from everywhere in the city.

Nice pool, nice restaurant but expensive.
Room was very small. A little more maintenance needed, all equipment was used and old.
