Милая, квартирка на первом этаже в историческом центре. До вокзала 20 минут пешком. До всех центральных достопримечательностей - около 10 минут. Старинный дом с историей. В наличии двуспальная кровать и двуспальный диван. Матрасы вполне удобные. Есть все необходимое для готовки. Все очень чисто.
Безконтактное заселение.
Было сложно разобраться, как работает дверь, пришлось писать хозяину.
Кажется, немного подтекает раковина в ванной комнате.

Für 3 Personen wäre es für einen längeren Aufenthalt etwas eng.

The location was great and we were treated very well.
There was a lot of street noise.
The apartment is on the street level, so if you want to open a second window for cross ventilation, the window opens directly to the street. Although the apartment’s in a safe area, we didn’t feel safe leaving the window open at night. So it was stuffy.
Further, the entryway door to the building slams shut at all hours whenever anyone enters the building, and it’s extremely loud.

Die Lage der Räumlichkeit ist sehr gut. Auf der einen Seite ein großer Park, auf der anderen Seite ist man zu Fuss in 2-3 Minuten am zentralen Platz.
Die Übergabe des Schlüssels war sehr gut. Wurde uns persönlich übergeben durch einen sehr sympatischen jungen Mann.
Er hat uns auch alles sehr gut erklärt.
Man hat eine Küche die, soweit wir sehen konnten, alles hat was man so braucht.
Wir haben sie nicht gebraucht, daher können wir hier nicht viel dazu sagen.
Die Räumlichkeit ist leider nicht sonderlich hell. Es gibt zwar zwei Fenster (nach vorne und hinten raus).
Aber viel Licht hat man trotzdem nicht. Zudem kann man das vordere Fenster Nachts nicht geöffnet halten wegen Fussgängergeräusche und Ebenerdigkeit.
Man merkt den Räumen ein gewisses Alter (nicht Baujahr sondern Zustand) leider an.
Alles funktioniert, aber wirklich toll ist es nicht.
