A warm welcome from the host, very informative on places to go see and eat out,

Very nice bedrooms and huge sofa.
Location is great. No noise from the main road but close enough to walk to pub and shop. Lovely walks from house. Visited Rye (As wonderful a visit as ever), picnic on beach at Camber (tip - use the West car park), Great Dixter and Sissinghust gardens.
There isn't a garden but the views across the fields from the living room were lovely and her is a deck to sit out in

Motor House Loft! Wow!
This holiday home was amazing from start to finish. Mark and Mel were brilliant hosts offering advice from places to visit to restaurants nearby.
On arrival keys were easy to collect in key pad. Everything was immaculate and of very high standard. So homely throughout. Lovely big smart T Vs in living room and both bedrooms. The Wifi was very reliable which was a plus as we have stayed in lots of holiday homes and although they state they have Wifi we have been let down in the past by poor quality service this was not the case at Marks place. There was a lovely bottle of wine and milk in fridge also tea, coffee and sugar starter pack. We were each provided with little toiletry packs which was a lovely touch.
The balcony decking area was great in an evening, my husband myself and our 21 year old sons had some lovely times sitting out after a days traveling. So relaxing and the heater is so warm for chilly nights.
The grounds and the views are wonderful and so peaceful.
The Swan Inn is a couple mins walk just around the corner. food lovely and staff so friendly.
We had great fun from our daily visits from Maisie the dog who is very well behaved and friendly.
The local area is beautiful and some lovely walks around but it is also a great location if you want to explore further afield to south coast such as Hastings and Eastbourne etc.
There are plenty restaurants locally which Mark thoughtfully lists in his information pack.
When we left we forgot to pick up our spare car key and Mark kindly offered to post it.
Thanks again for the pleasure of staying at your lovely holiday home. We had a fab time, made some great memories and would love to stay again if ever we are back in the area.
