Poor customer care

Good location

1. Ineadequate water 2. Poor cleaness

1 / 10

Not a pleasant experience

Nothing

There was no toilet paper,no cleaning supplies nothing...we had to go and buy everything ourselves,no expectation set on thier page that this would be the case. The experience couldve been alot better but it just wasnt it for me.I personally would not go back. There was only one towel and was still wet and dano upon arrival.

time for check in the host was not there I had to wait, loadshedding I had to take stairs to 4th floor.the was no dish cloth as it is self catering,no hand wash on bathroom even body wash 😡

4 / 10

Not good value for money.

The TV was decent and view was okay.

When I first arrived, I had to wait almost an hour to be attended to and checked in. The guy checking us in was not helpful at all and in no way assisted us, gave me the keys without the tag downstairs and left, did not even say what apartment I’m in. Got to the apartment and the toilet was not flushing not working at all, asked to be to be moved and it took another hour to be assisted. Staff could do way better.
