its breakfast, its location, its bathroom and its staff.
there is no elevator from the street level to the second level, i should use the stairs to go upstaires, after the second level the lifter begins to reach upper levels. the beds are not comfortable single or twin bed. the sheets of the bed are not comfortable too.

All the amentities are fresh and working properly, the room is equipped with all the useful little things too. Friendly and very helpful staff! Beautiful breakfasts. Perfect location.
The twin room was rather small for one traveler, would be a problem for two. And the price is very high due to the high season in Rize I guess.

Nice hotel, great breakfast, super helpful lady on reception. Close to Black Sea Highway for easy getaway.
No private parking - only street parking which is crowded. Bathroom smelled badly of drains.

The staff was friendly
They didn’t have a private parking, we parked the car in the otopark and they charged us
The bathroom was tooo small strong bad smell
