Great room with the basics that you need to sleep and work. The rooftop has a co-working area which is very lovely and the view is amazing to work with. The wifi is okay and there is a decent elevator.
The buffet breakfast didn't really feel like a buffet. It was just mostly fruits, coffee/tea/chocolate, eggs and arepas. There wasn't much to offer and when I told them I was not able to eat some of the things because of my allergies, they said they would fix it, but never did. I waited an entire hour because they told me they would buy more adaptable breakfast. It was awful and not something I looked forward to when waking up. Some places were also very dirty and some of the staff were really rude towards me. Sometimes the staff couldn't even do certain things and had to call somebody else, which is very confusing because why are you at the front desk if you are not allowed to touch the computer and such?
