Il gestore disponibile e premuroso. L’appartamento in ottime condizioni. La dispensa fornita ben oltre la dotazione di cortesia.
Il letto cigolava e non era particolarmente confortevole. Sotto l’appartamento c’è un bar. Lo frequentano persone rumorose per tutta la giornata. Alla sera il bar chiude tardi, e fino alle 2 di notte rumori e schiamazzi impediscono di dormire. Alle 6,30 del mattino poi riapre e gli schiamazzi ricominciano. Le finestre sono dotate solo di vetro camera, mentre gli infissi sono in legno, poco isolanti. Anche il traffico sotto le finestre è intenso. Con le finestre aperte non si riesce a guardare la tv.
