Large Double Room:
The apartment is quite spacious (which goes for the bathroom, too), well maintained (seemed like it was recently renovated) and well positioned if you're going to visit Bienalle (the Giardini and the Arsenale). Otherwise, you'll need 20-30 min of walk or (much) more (if you don't use boats) to reach main Venice attractions.
Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Supermarket is nearby; several restaurants and caffes, as well. A lovely used books store is nearby. Don't miss it.
The apartment is on the ground floor and tucked away in a small courtyard, which results in not enough natural light (but hey, it's Venice). The neighborhood seemed safe, but it's dark in the alley from which the apartment is accessed.
It's a shame that there's no two-seater or at least an armchair in the dining room - kitchen area. I believe there's enough space for that. It would be added value for relaxing, when not lying in the bed, and it's convenient when someone who wants to sleep could separate themself in the bedroom, while the other person could relax in the dining room - kitchen area.

Property was in a more quiet area but not far from the busier area so it was nice and quiet at night. It had AC which was very appreciated.
Without taking a private water taxi, the walk with luggage for the public water taxi was a little far. Not so fun when it’s hot and humid and you are not a light packer like myself

The location is excellent near the Birnnale near local restaurants near Arsenale boat
It was uncomfortable there were 4 hard dining chairs to sit on that is all no couch
We stayed 4 nights
There was no way to dry our towels as the heating does not come on until mid October we asked for more towels as we could not dry ours and the kind manager did give us some
There are no bedside tables so we had to put our things on the floor
There are no bedside lights we had to read with main light on even though one person wanted to sleep
