This new property (less then 2yr old) is superbly designed and well appointed with 2x bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 fully equipped kitchen. The outside terrace is large and the swimming pool was ideal to relax after a day by the sea. The property is ideally situated for quick access to Lefkada town and also the roads to either the West or the East side of the island. There is a mini market nearby and further there are 2 supermarkets (Lidl, Carrefour). The property was built within an area of olive orchards, so it's very quiet. The caretaker was super helpful and quick to respond on WhatsApp. An excellent service. We will come back!
Nothing to comment really. Just be careful with the steps of the swimming pool: they are a bit slippery but once you know, there is no problem.

Very clean, beautiful accommodations, quiet and peaceful setting. The owners, Vaggelis and his father were congenial and accommodating, checking in to make sure we had what we needed. The location was good too. Pool area lovely. The washing machine was a real plus.

Comfortable place with well equipped kitchen. Very clean. The vila is divided into 2 sections- So you either get the upper section or the lower one, while the pool is shared. It is designed beautifully, with stream tv in each room, and AC in each room.
The refrigerator was equipped with wine and bottles of mineral water- Which was very thoughtful
Just need to pay attention to fact that the pool is shared between 2 groups of guests.

The villa has enough space, it’s new and very comfortable. Bonus to have a pool shared between 2 villas. It was a 6min drive to town by car.
