Good contact with owner.
Big clean room with a fridge and a kettle.
Localisation near center.
There was nothing serious that would negatively affect to opinion.

Communication from the owner was excellent and also left helpful information provided in the room. Very well located accommodation - a short walk from the train station and useful bus routes very handy e.g. for the Erice cablecar and the historic centre. The beach is also close by.
The windows of our room were quite high off the ground limiting any view (though this did mean good security for the ground floor room) The lighting in the room was too much. Breakfast was just adequate - very processed food but good coffee !

Servizio Impeccabile. La signora del piano terra addetta alla colazione è stata molto cortese gentile e disponibile
Forse avrei gradito più scelta per il Salato della Colazione. Per il resto tutto OK
