L'appartamento tutto sommato non era male basterebbero un po' di migliorie e sarebbe stato perfetto..

La televisione non prendeva i canali Rai e alternava momenti di pausa.

Ho dato 2 solo x la posizione vicino al mare il resto meno di zero.

Sporco, e tutto malandato. Divano sfondato, coperte e asciugamani vecchie e consumati, mobili e porte gonfie dall umidità, cucina e bagno con parti non utilizzabili xchè cadono a pezzi . Nel fare notare tutto questo al padre del proprietario ha risposto " cosa ci si può aspettare da una casa di "mare". Non servono commenti!!!! Lo specchio per l allodole riferito alle foto del terrazzo, ê inutilizzabile, sotto il sole e con un terrazzo malandato. Sottolineando che stanno eseguendo lavori di cantiere sul terrazzo quindi polvere e rumori a tutto andare.

La vista è bellissima, la posizione è ottima specialmente d’estate, facile trovar parcheggio

La cucina ha i suoi anni ma funziona correttamente, nel periodo invernale, essendo all’ultimo piano si sente leggermente freddo ma il condizionatore nella stanza da letto riscalda molto bene

Posizione super strategica se si ha la macchina, si raggiunge il centro di Roma in una mezz'oretta. Zona tranquilla, servita di tutto, bar, ristoranti, tabacchino e supermercato. Se dovessimo ripassare nelle vicinanze, saremmo felici di soggiornare nuovamente presso questa struttura.
