The caravan was clean and tidy. Location was good.
The shower head didn't stay in position, difficult to was your hair and no iron in the caravan. Had to go out and buy an iron.

Lots of hot water, portable heater in bedroom, comfy mattress, big wardrobe and lots of storage space, clean kitchen and bathroom, lots of toilet paper.
The microwave oven is dangerous. It worked for 2 minutes before overheating as the top got very hot. It cooled down after 10 mins and worked for another 2 mins before overheating again. It took 40 minutes to heat up 2 microwave meals. It had a PAT sticker from 2013, indicating that this device is very old.
We tried heating up a pizza in the conventional oven, but the numbers around the temperature dial had rubbed off so we had to guess the position for 200 degrees, resulting in a burnt pizza.
The smart tv had 3 bright spots on the screen, which was distracting. The 2 other smaller tvs just had Freeview.
The showerhead holder knob couldn't be tightened to hold the showerhead in place, so the height couldn't be adjusted. The shower seat was broken and dangerous to sit on.
A few other examples of penny-pinching: no tea, coffee, milk; no shower gel; no spare bin liners; no kitchen roll or tea towel; no shower mat. The hosts need to show a little more generosity, otherwise guests will not return. I hope they use this feedback to invest time and money in their property which has the potential to be excellent. I hope they take this advice and their business succeeds.
