La struttura bellissima con spiaggia praticamente privata Efi la proprietaria davvero disponibile e attenta a tutto consiglio vivamente questo posto.
Gli abbiamo detto che siamo vegani e ci ha fatto trovare opzioni con frutta e marmellata..

Absolutely loved the house and surrounding living space. I've got eclectic taste so the warm and inviting feeling of home was an especially nice surprise! Interior decor was perfect, each day was met with something new I hadn't noticed the day before. All amenities have been well thought out leaving you with zero need for anything additional, everything you could want is available at your fingertips and I really can't think of anything else you'd wish for during a stay here except of course a little more time.
Morning coffee on the upstairs patio overlooking the beautiful bay and what really seems like your own private beachfront just steps away is truly waking up to a breakfast of pure sunlight as the sun rises over the mountains and the evenings are every bit as spectacular with dinner on a perfectly landscaped stone patio then relaxing in lounge chairs as the moon comes up and all the stars begin to shine. Completely peaceful and quiet, the perfect getaway!!
Location is perfect, close enough for dinner out or groceries and shopping but peacefully away from any crowds. Again, the beach feels completely private with a great shade cover, chairs, chaise lounges and even a kayak to take out on the water.
Now for the real treat, your host Efi!! I can't tell you how many times I've traveled, stayed at a Booking.com listing and been in need of something with no help. Efi made herself available for anything. Each day was met with a delicious treat of some kind from baked sweets to amazing dinners!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. I look forward to visiting you again.
There is nothing about the property that I didn't like. Everything was absolutely perfect in every respect. 100% clean with some of the best amenities I've experienced in any booking.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön renoviert.
Die Anfahrt ist auf einer anspruchsvollen Strasse. Die Betten sind sehr hart. Der Innenbereich ist überladen und sehr antiquitär. Die Gasgeberin wohnt im gleichen Haus mit einem separaten Eingang. Man ist also nie wirklich ganz alleine.

The house had a nice view both at day(the sea), and at night (the sky). There was a beautiful terrace and outdoor area. There are two parking spots and the location is very peaceful.
The house inside was nicely decorated. Both rooms had air conditioning and fans. The house was well equipped both kitchen and bathroom (pots and pans, nespresso machine, full kitchen to cook at) (shampoo, conditioner, pharmacy)
Towels and bedsheets were changed during our stay. The host was polite and helpful, easy to contact. The exchange for the keys was smooth and the host guided as down the dirt road the first time.
1) 2-3 kilometer dirt road both uphill and downhill, preferably suv or 4x4 car needed. The driver needs to be concentrated on the road. Dirt road has approximately 4-5 junctions with no signs, making it tough to navigate, especially at night, given that there are only few lights. We took the wrong turn and our non 4x4 car got stuck.
2) There is a wifi device at the house with an extender, but the connection was very poor, at all times. Cellular reception is also poor due to the location of the house.
3) The host lived in the same building as us. The host had a small place at the back of the house with a different entrance than ours. There was a door connecting our place and the host’s place. For example when the hosts phone rang, we heard it as if it rang inside our place.
All of these points were not mentioned in the booking website.
