The hotel is very small, quiet and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and clean, made with attention to details. The staff is incredibly nice everywhere and ready to help and provide anything that is needed. Even bringing ice to the room. Always greeting with a smile, holding doors, answering promptly to any question or request.
The communication with the staff is via WhatsApp, which makes everything very comfortable.
Overall, it makes for a very relaxing stay, which is exactly what we were looking for.
Perfect place to escape from the busy routine days.

First this hotel is in a great location in Eilat. The atmosphere inside the hotel, specifically the restaurant - "Mood" and their staff - All of them were so high energy and always looking after us. I would call out the head of their Bar and Kitchen - Tomar or "Tommy" as he would like to call himself. He was great and took such good care of us. The food was Chef inspired in the restaurant and they make excellent cocktails.
Loved everything and I dont recall anything that I did not like.

The hotel staff were very hospitable and kind. The rooms are nicely designed and clean.
The pool area can get very noisy. At times they would increase the music volume to create a party atmosphere. The guests were eating and drinking inside the pool and the staff didn't ask them to stop. Our attempts to ask to reduce the volume were ignored.
We had to leave the pool area.
