Very large unit. Building doesn’t look too flash but secure. Good instructions from just. Stairs and lift access. Small lift - take a person and large suitcase easily, 2 pers with suitcase each might struggle. Reception hall, 2 large bedrooms, large lounge room, large full household kitchen, 2 toilets, one reasonable sized ensuite, good shower pressure, good sized balcony - all up would suit two couples or a family to a tee. Street car parking ok, also another carpark on vacant block at rear of building. I/net OK. Close to the beach (about 100 - 150m from water’s edge but building orientated sideways to the beach so you do have a balcony view of the beach. Not a problem for us but you’re not actually beachfront if you’re expecting that). Number of restaurants very close nearby. An easy walk to the old town and historic (very) small harbour of Nafpaktos. Small supermarket at opposite end of street (from beach) about 3 -5 min walk away

Location was great.
Towels and sheets were clean and fresh.
Good size main bathroom with spare toilet was good.
The sofa bed was only a rollout uncomfortable trundle bed for one. Second person had to sleep on couch.
Bedrooms were fine.
Location and access was good however very noisy neighbours swearing until 2am so those trying to sleep in lounge room couldn’t.
Kettle wasn’t clean. No toaster. Used the oven. Sandwich press toaster wasn’t clean.
Found food upon arrival in microwave.
One key/card so had to keep going downstairs to open up the main door for family coming and going as the card needed to stay in entry foyer for power and no second keys.

The location is amazing, the staff was great. The apartment was really big and comfortable.there was a dishwasher, a washing machine, everything to make your stay comfortable
There were no tablets for the washing machine and the dishwasher .
