The staff are very friendly and welcoming, but the hotel’s facilities, architecture, and overall style do not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel.

I booked this room for my brother and he was satisfied with the location. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was not good.
The room my brother received was different from the one I had booked for them. A smaller room was given to them while I had paid for a bigger room.

Nice staff, especially the receptionist were kind and nice, and guid and treat us very well.
The sheets and pillowcases weren’t clean and we could see some hair left on the sheets which shows they hadn’t been changed.
