Extremely disappointing and dirty accommodation

Absolutely disappointing experience. There was honestly nothing we liked about this accommodation. The apartment was extremely dirty, especially the terrace, which looked as if it had not been properly cleaned for a very long time. The overall level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The beds were broken and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to sleep properly. During our entire stay, we did not see anyone from the agency in person. On top of that, we were charged a tourist tax for the children, and after our stay, our security deposit was not refunded in full. Part of the deposit was simply withheld, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Considering the condition of the accommodation, the lack of personal service and the issues with the charges and deposit, I absolutely cannot recommend this place. The reality was far below what we expected and what was presented to us.

Ideall lokation.Near to seeside, near to parking, shoping streat round the corner. Accommodotion clean with basic equipment. Parking with van costs extra €8/day. If you book one big appartment and go by 2cars, you have to pay for the second car. It is the same with beach equipment.An appartment for 7 person gets just 1 umbrella,2 sun beds. Good communication and information clear.Good value. Our recommendation.
