The propri Is location close To Everything and the host, Daniela was very helpful in explaining the apartment and its location. She provided some fruit, bread and jelly along with coffee and tea.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a nice couch in the living room to watch TV
The 1st bedroom was very comfortable with the 2 being small but was nice
as a changing room. The kitchen was bright and well equipped.
Free parking garage close by.
The bathroom was small with a tight shower but very clean and had windows for good circulation.

The host picked us up and also dropped us off at the funicular station early in the morning, which was amazing! Everything was spotlessly clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Orvieto is small, so everything is in walking distance. Absolutely beautiful town and this apartment makes you feel like you're living there for a short time.
This apartment is not for anyone with back issues or mobility issues, there are steep, slightly slippery steps (marble) and the twin bed was unusable for me, but I understand everyone has different preferences on beds. I would still recommend this lovely apartment.
