It was clean. The pillows, bed linen and bed were very comfortable. In fact we forgot to check or ask what brand the mattress and pillows were!
I know this cannot be helped but the elevator was not working so we had to climb the stairs to the third floor…..my husband has COPD. It was at times a struggle.

Breakfast was super tasty with chobani yogurt, fresh fruits, instant oatmeal and juices/tea and coffee. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable
Water pressure in the shower was a little low and they only had a rain shower style shower head. The elevator was broken so we had to do a bit more walking on the stairs.

Super comfortable bed. Lovely, helpful staff members. Good restaurants nearby.
Elevator was out of order, staff did their best to help. Would be nice to have a real glass to drink out of in the room, not just a paper cup. Bathroom was a bit spartan.

I had booked the wrong dates and they found us a room (much smaller). That was very nice.
Very small room.
