We had a wonderful stay last week and had the most amazing view over the Bay of Kotor. Some very nice touches with a maid tidying our room and turning down the bed while we were at breakfast. The hotel's beach was steps away from our room and it was so relaxed to stay there.
Nothing! Well. we would have liked to use the indoor pool before 1pm o the day that it rained but otherwise, no complaints from us.

Beautiful scenic area that is close to restaurants, 10min taxi to Kotor Old Town, staff were very friendly & helpful. Spa included as well as sun beds at the Beach Bar right across the road.
Staff also book boat tours for you & you can get picked up outside the hotel.

The rooms are new and modern, and having the beach club right in front of the hotel is very convenient. Parking was also easy and worked well.
The air conditioning was quite frustrating, as we couldn’t turn it off from the room and had to call reception whenever we wanted it switched off.
Breakfast was fine, but the breakfast area is too small for the number of guests, which made it quite uncomfortable at busy times. During one of our three mornings, the staff member on duty seemed rather inattentive and did not notice when some items had run out and needed to be replenished.
The service at the beach club restaurant was extremely slow. On the first day, we waited around 50 minutes for just a salad and a sandwich. We complained and, to their credit, they offered us our second round of drinks for free. The following day, knowing how long it could take, we ordered directly from our sunbeds and simply spent the waiting time swimming and relaxing. However, the food still took around 50 minutes to arrive.

Breakfast - although seemed like a lot of choice it was in small nook next to reception and options were greasy, fruit juice made from concentrate and
Limited fruit, fresh bread and pastries - not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. No coffee machine in the room - instead there were 3in1 or 2in1 coffee sachets with no options for a black coffee. Gym room was big enough for one person - no water or towels available.
