Lovely property; very clean and comfortable! Really enjoyed having the extra 1/2 bathroom. We were here only a short time and did not use the kitchen but it appeared well-appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Location is a short, pretty drive to the Sea Organs and old town. We purchased a “last minute deal” offered via booking.com and feel very happy with the value we experienced. Communication with the host was great and the person who greeted us was very kind. We would absolutely stay here again!
Nothing to note for dislikes.

The property is a few meters from the ocean and the beach. In addition, it has it own swimming pool and lounge chairs with a possibility of buying non and alcoholic beverages at a reasonable price on site. The apartment is very clean, looks quite new, well decorated and furnished and the kitchen is well equipped except there is no coffee machine just instant coffee. We were welcomed by Martin, very pleasant, who showed us around, and his sister Martina sent us some suggestions of restaurants and cafés. Nice free parking on site.
Things to consider:
Nice wardrobe in the bedroom but for us who were staying two nights and not unpacking our suitcases, there was absolutely no room in the bedroom for them.
A small child was walking on top of us all morning long and late afternoon so not sound proofed. It would be better to lodge couples with no children upstairs and families on the ground level.
We took a UBER to go to the old town and to come back since it is quite a way.

The cleanliness was spot on. We had a very comfortable stay at the villa Auri.

The amenities were five star & extremely clean, gardens were very well manicured. Location was across the road from the beach. Everything you ever need is close by.
