New apartment place, very clean, and very new. The location was good close to the public transit and plenty of good restaurant nearby. Wifi was fast and the security was good as well.
The check out time is at 10:00 am and they don't keep your luggage. You will have to pay extended time to keep the luggage in the apartment.
They have full function kitchen but no microwave.

Check-in was quick and easy. The building is very modern, and the apartment was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed: bed linen, towels, a toiletry kit and a full set of bathroom amenities. The bathroom was excellent. The whole place feels modern and recently renovated.
There were four of us, so two people had to sleep on the sofa bed, and it’s quite small. We’re of average-to-tall height, and our feet didn’t fit on it. For a couple of nights it was fine, but for a longer stay I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for a group of four.

The apartment felt very cozy and I loved watching the passing trains from the terrace. The żabka store was right under the apartment which was very convenient. The owner was kind and helpful as well :)
I somehow forgot that there isn’t microwave nor oven in the apartment when I arrived with my frozen pizza. :) But that’s not a con, we were acknowledged about it in advance

Location is good
The wifi was horrible.
2Mbps! The worst we have seen in the last 15 years of travelling around the world.
The service was the worst.
They didn't offer any solution, just lying about router and that it need to be replaced.
Last day all the building smelled like drainage and poop from morning to evening.
Really the worst VFM I have seen out of hundred places.
