The location is perfect close to republic square an walkable distance to Yerevan cascade. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly.

The location was great. The room was large and well appointed. The shared balcony between our two rooms was a plus.
The smell in the bathroom was constant and nauseating. Seems like a plumbing issue that should be addressed.
