- Location - the cottage was very close to the harbour, the nice vintage market, and the beach all from less than 5 minute walk.
- Beaches - there are a lot of options for the beach and it is very accessible by car or even by walking, the one we went to was in st ives which was a good 1 hour drive and also Porthpean beach which was only 10 minutes by drive
- everything was stocked - inside the kitchen they had all the amenities we needed to do some home cooking, also had a nice washing machine and tumble dryer which was amazing, the living room had a lot of games for the children to play before bed but also tv shoes and CDs. They also had spare towels which was useful.
- not being clean - the beds had hair on it, the blankets had some black stains, the ceiling was stained like a dark colour, the curtains was unclean, some of the plates, bowls and cups where unclean, also the outdoor terrace was very nice but really needed to be taken cared of. For us we decided to just have a smooth holiday without any complains and washed all the sheets and cover in the washing machine.
- the Road - the Roads are small but we traveled by a Land Rover, 7 seater and to be honest it wasn’t issue for us but if you are not use to driving a large car in only a tight 1 way Road then it is better if you bring a smaller car or leave it.

Lovely location, the beds were very comfortable. The property was clean and tidy. It was great to have a washing machine and tumble dryer. The wine was a lovely touch.
The parking was tight but on the same note it was great to have parking.

We were within really good reach of Mevagissey harbour. I found the location with the car extremely difficult to navigate. I actually done alot of damage to the side of my car trying to turn the corner at the bottom of Tregoney Hill. I would ask that you let people know how difficult it is with a larger vehicle. We left our car in the car and coach park at the bottom of the hill.
Not being able to take my car up to the cottage, not enough room for parking a large car, and road too narrow.
