Self check-in, comodissimo perché si può accedere alla struttura in qualsiasi momento, anche se il volo arriva in ritardo. Noi siamo state una settimana e ci siamo trovate molto bene. Il proprietario è super disponibile e accogliente, e qualunque richiesta o informazione risponde tempestivamente e cerca di essere di aiuto.
Le spiagge più suggestive e meno frequentate sono vicino alla struttura, raggiungibili a piedi o anche mediante autobus: la fermata è proprio fuori dalla porta della stanza. Se si vuole raggiungere il centro di Varna e visitare la città o le altre spiagge, è tutto facilmente raggiungibile mediante autobus.
Accanto la struttura c’è la farmacia per qualunque evenienza, nonché un tipico ristorante che offre un’ampia varietà di piatti locali (si mangia benissimo!).
A 100 e 250 mt ci sono due diversi supermercati, uno con orario continuato.
Insomma, c’è tutto il necessario.
Ci siamo trovate molto bene.
Potrebbe essere migliorata l’offerta dei servizi, magari con un asciugamano in più, un bagnoschiuma o una piastra per cucinare se si vuole mangiare lì, nonché la pulizia, ma nulla di irrisolvibile. Presenti stendino e scopa con paletta, macchina per caffè, bollitore elettrico, frigorifero e stoviglie.

Problemlose Buchung, freundliches Personal, gutes WiFi. Gute Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine usw.
Lüften geht tatsächlich nur über die Tür. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig.

Има всичко необходимо. Никой не ни притесняваше. Наоколо имаше 3 ресторанта,супермаркет,аптека,кафе машина на LAVAZZA,фурна за закуски. Беше много удобно !!!
Плажа не ни хареса,страшно много стълби докато стигнем до него, а за качването да не говорим,пълно беше със скали водорасли. Не беше добър,но пък всеки си има различно виждане!! И да не забравяме че няма нищо общо със стаята която наехме!!!

The place was pretty clean and for the very cheap price I would say it was worth it. Very nice neighbors, quiet street.
It was a bit strange that there was no hallway or entrance, just a *glass* door straight into the room. Luckily, it was a very quiet street so we didnt feel watched or anything.
