We liked everything about this property - the location, the cost (and value for the money) and the tasteful decor/comfort. It was a self check in which worked smoothly and allowed us more freedom with our schedule getting there and leaving. Room #4 was very homey but felt luxurious as well - especially the double sinks in the bathroom, the bidet and large shower, full-length mirror, fun black & white art everywhere and a nice intimate seating place out on the balcony. There was an excellent drying rack too - which we needed for our swim things. The pillows and bed were super comfy - the TV easily accessible. The owner went above and beyond: for example, there was no breakfast listed along with the room (ironically a B&B - "bed and breakfast") but when we got there we found yogurts in the fridge, water, coffee pods and cream/milk plus rolls and nutella/jam/butter for our convenience. It WAS very convenient too! The coffee machine was accompanied by a milk frother which made our morning brew even more special. These items were replaced for our second day. We had everything abundantly. I would consider coming back to Arbatax just to stay in this room! And it was a short 10-minute, easy walk to the harbor for our boat tour, the majestic Red Rocks on the coast and an out of the way viewing spot near a garden, plus many lovely restaurants, cafes and a grocery store where we could get a bite.
It wasn't a problem, but there is a small parking lot in back of the property and yet we were instructed to park on the street, where spaces were limited. This was fine - but it might be one more thing to make the place even better - parking in back.

Bardzo przyjemny pokój, czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Codzienne sprzątanie, uzupełnianie wody w lodówce i słodyczy kompletnie za darmo. Bardzo miła obsługa, bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Polecam wszystkim, którzy chcą odwiedzić te okolice.
