Great location, good value, needs to be a little cleaner!

Amazing location to walk to the boardwalk and beach! The guy working in the office when we checked in (Vinny) was great and super helpful! The pools were clean and accessible.

The apartment we stayed in definitely could have been cleaner, but it wasn’t egregiously dirty. In one of the rooms the AC unit had a not great smell to it, so I think the units needed to be serviced and have a filter change.

Great location. About a block from the beach.

The apartment could have been cleaner. I’m in hospitality and cleanliness is top priority. Very disappointed in the overall quality of the apartment. The pictures make it look better. In addition it’s attached to a motel.

I’d definitely come back again!

Love how the boardwalk is one block away. We had parking lot with our apartment!

I wish there was a broom so we would be able to sweep the sand and crumbs off the floor. I also would have liked a shower rug for when getting out of the shower!

Not worth the price, stay at a motel

Great location and proximity to the beach. AC worked well

Floors were exceptionally dirty. Kitchenette was also dirty and had old pans from previous guests. Bedding was mediocre
