The location is very convenient, and I absolutely love the privacy of the capsules. Also the bathrooms are spacious and private with very nice water pressure in the showers.
The quality of the inner workings of the capsules has declined quite a bit. The USB slots in my capsules were nonfunctional and the dashboard with the clock, etc. was also nonfunctional. I recall in previous stays here the ability to dim the lighting inside the capsules as well - but this capacity was also gone. Yet, with all these issues, the prices have gone up. Even so, I’ll probably come back. It’s a pretty cool concept.

Very clean. Surprisingly quiet. Well-maintained bathrooms. Articulate, friendly staff.
No on-street signage, so takes a moment to find. Unique layout means it's only suitable for the physically agile, especially for upper pods. Difficult to regulate temperature in both pods and showers. Thin mattress. Slight chore having to constantly go between pod and locker to fetch or leave belongings.
