Very clean. Surprisingly quiet. Well-maintained bathrooms. Articulate, friendly staff.
No on-street signage, so takes a moment to find. Unique layout means it's only suitable for the physically agile, especially for upper pods. Difficult to regulate temperature in both pods and showers. Thin mattress. Slight chore having to constantly go between pod and locker to fetch or leave belongings.

The space theme was definitely met inside the pods, but also in the hallways to get through them; it felt like a space station, and the lighting was cool. The pods themselves were spacious and relaxing, with lots of facilities inside.
Each pod had a warm night light in the corner near the pillow although mine did not work leaving me having to use either the pale ceiling or mirror light instead. Also the AC in my friends pod didn't work leaving him hot throughout the night.

Well organized and great bathrooms. Easy access and great location. Mattress was way better than expected. Overall a good experience I'd have again.
Could not charge my phone from inside the capsule, the USB was broken and the available power outlet outside was of hard access. Also there is no way to have the capsule go completely dark because of the lights on the buttons. The capsule idea is awesome but it clearly needs new parts and better maintenance to reach its potential.
